Floyd James Gaylor Jr. age 53 of Dalton, Georgia , formerly of Lake City passed away on November 27, 2020 at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia. Floyd was born April 2, 1967 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He loved fishing, loved raising game cocks, watching sports and NCIS, and was a big UT Vols fan. Floyd is preceded in death by his father Floyd Gaylor Sr., uncles Henry Messamore and Lonas Gaylor, grandma Viola Daughtery.

Visitation: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Scarborough officiating.

A graveside service will be held following the funeral service at the Sunset Cemetery in Clinton, Tennessee.
