Dorothy Stephens Obituary
Dorothy L. Stephens, age 86 of Clinton, Tennessee went home to the Lord on April 2, 2023. Dorothy was born on October 28, 1936 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Claude Elmer Hatmaker and Ida Bee Josephine Bayless Hatmaker. Dot was dedicated to her family and church. Dorothy was a seamstress for Levi Corporation for many years. She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of Valley View Missionary Baptist Church in Clinton. She loved gardening, quilting, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her love: Clyde Stephens, and her sister: Lorraine Denny and husband Kurtz Denny of Georgia.

Visitation: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Valley View Missionary Baptist Church in Clinton.
Funeral Service: 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Valley View Missionary Baptist Church in Clinton with Rev. Allen Giles officiating.
A graveside service will follow the funeral service on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at the Valley View Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
