Wilbur Woodrow White, age 64 of Powell, TN passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born July 13, 1955 In Alachua, FL to the late Lester and Betty Thomas White. Woodrow loved fishing, woodworking, grilling and spending time with family and friends.
