Sabrina Phillips age 41, of Caryville, TN passed away on January 17, 2025, at her residence. She was born on November 22, 1983 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to the late David Hawkins and Rachel Della Sexton. She is preceded in death by her mother Rachel Sexton and sister Rachel Kay Hawkins.
