Roger was born on June 12, 1951 to the late Avril and Lanie Duncan in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Roger is survived by his son Roger Oscar Taylor ( Kimberly ) of Wilmington, Delaware.
Cremation was chosen with services at a later date.
