Ricky Ray Carroll

Ricky Ray Carroll, age 63, of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on May 14, 2025 at his residence. Ricky was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on March 11, 1962 to the late Ray Carroll and Anna Powers Carroll. Ricky was of the Baptist Faith. He loved fishing and Nascar. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents.
