Phyllis Ann Ballard

Phyllis Ann Ballard, age 70 of Lake City, passed away on September 19, 2025 at her residence. Phyllis was born June 1, 1955 in Garrison, Kentucky. She was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church. She loved spending time with family, stuffed animals, going to the Grist Mill in Norris and JC Park in Clinton, and listening to gospel music. Phyllis is preceded in death by her father, Harlan D. Thurman, brothers Tommy and Ronnie Thurman, and sisters: Linda Ferguson and Karen Buchanon.
