Patsy L. (White) Duncan
Patsy L. Duncan, age 59 of Clinton, Tennessee passed away on Monday, 7 October 2019 at her residence after an eighteen-month battle with cancer. Patsy was born 13 November 1959 in Lake City, TN to the late William M. White and Dorothy M. Nance-White. She was preceded in death by her sister Rita Faye White-Hicks.

Husband Bill Duncan of Clinton
Brothers Larry and Pauline White of Knoxville
Bill and Yoshiko of Oak Ridge
Bobby White of Maryville
Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of Special Family and Friends
Visitation: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2019, in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Ault officiating.
A Graveside Service will be held following the funeral service on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Island Ford Baptist Church Cemetery.
