Minnie Irene ( Packett) Queener Blackwell passed away January 23, 2026 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Minnie was born
in Campbell County, Tennessee on January 22, 1939. She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church for over 60 years and a former Sunday School teacher for several years. Minnie was retired manager of Caryville Elementary cafeteria.
She is preceded in death by her father Clarence Packett, mother and stepfather Pearl and George Neyland, brothers, Carl, Ray, Ronnie, Bernard,
and Jimmy. Sister, Rita Rector. Son Michael Queener ( Sharon ) father of her sons Doyle Queener, and husband Roy Blackwell.
