Kristi Gayle Rygelski age 48 of Jacksboro, passed away on December 19, 2025, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Kristi was born on October 16, 1977 to Ted Phillips Sr and Viola Phillips Martin in Knoxville, Tennessee. Kristi was devoted to her loving husband, Jason Rygelski, for 27 years. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Island Ford Baptist Church. Kristi enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She devoted much of her time to her son Joseph and supporting his hobbies. She also liked to cook and watch cooking shows, while always trying out new recipes. She loved spending time on Norris lake with her family. She loved getting her nails done, especially with her sisters. Kristi had a loving heart, always showing up and supporting her family. Kristi is preceded in death by her Father Ted Phillips Sr and Grandmother-in-law Bobbi Chase. She is survived by:
Her loving husband of 27 years, Jason Rygelski and her beloved son Joseph Rygelski. Mother Viola Phillips Martin. Her brothers and sisters, Ted Phillips Jr (Kristy); Angie McClure (Rick); Amanda Phillips; Kimberly Chapman (Keith); Valerie Webster (William). As well as, many Nieces and Nephews and other family and Friends.
