Kelley Michelle Collins

Kelley Michelle Collins, age 54, of Rockwood, Tennessee, passed away on July 16, 2025 at Signature Health Care of Rockwood, Tennessee. She was born in Indianapolis on March 20, 1971 to the late Willard Kyle Collins and Mary Elizabeth Hartzler.  Kelley loved coloring and she was an amazing cook. She is preceded in death by her parents, Brother Kenny Collins and Steven Horton. She is survived by:
