Katelynn Adalee Burris

Katelynn Adalee Burris, age 17, of Caryville, Tennessee passed away on March 28, 2026 at the Dolly Parton Children's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. Katelynn was born September 2, 2008 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Jimmy and Cindy Helton Burris. She loved fishing and hunting with her father. Katelynn was an 11th grader who attended Campbell County High School in LaFollette. Katelynn is preceded in death by her grandfathers: Jimmy Burris Sr. and Reed Helton, great grandmothers: Evelyn Bruce, Naoma Leddington, Blanche Burris, and great grandfather: Ellis Burris.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 31, 2026 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Whiting , Pastor Brian Patty, and Dustin Shorter officiating.

Interment: 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the Norris Memorial Gardens.
