Judy Dee Bloom

Judy Dee Bloom, age 71 of Rocky Top, Tennessee passed away on August 6, 2026 at her residence. Judy was born on October 16, 1954 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late James Albert Lively and Lula Kathrine Jarvis Lively. Judy was of the Baptist Faith. She loved taking naps, cruising and going on drives. Judy is preceded in death by her parents.
