Doris Ann Poore, age 56, of Briceville, Tennessee passed away  on February 23, 2026 at her residence in Briceville, Tennessee. She was born on July 14, 1969 to the late Benny and Lula Poore. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lula and Benny Poore. She is survived by

Grandchildren   Shadyn Poore, Lindsey Poore, Ava Poore,  and Dustin (Dewayne) Poore Jr.

Doris lived her life with a kind and giving soul. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a friend to all she knew. She was strong in her faith in the lord and lived life fearlessly. She spoke through her creativity and love for art and everything vibrant. She enjoyed traveling and spending time in nature. Above all, she cherished her family and will be dearly missed. 

'You have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding of God; for "All flesh is like grass and all of its glory like the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the lord remains forever."    -2 Timothy 4:7-8

Visitation: 5:00PM - 7:00PM, Friday, February 27, 2026, at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City.
