Deborah Jaeger

Deborah Jaeger, 68, passed away July, 18, 2026. She lived in Lee County, VA, but lived the majority of her life in Clinton, TN and Rocky Top, TN. She worked in grocery stores. She was a giving woman who was fiercely protective of her family and friends. She loved to laugh and her laugh and smile were contagious when you were around her. She always made you smile or laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick Jaeger, son George Wilson Jr., grandson David Jr., parents Bonnie & William Woods, & brothers Butch and Jimbo.

She is survived by her daughters Charlotte Day (Jeremiah) & Barbara Pickett (David) and Larry McGhee. Several grand children, great-grand children, nieces nephews, family and friends. Virde Davis, Mary Shirley & Pam Phillips was her long time friends. 

Visitation of Family and Friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Service: 7:00 PM, Saturday, August 22, 2026 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel.
