Charles Webster Young, age 92, of Lake City Passed away on December 22, 2017. Charles was born August 8, 1925 to the late Arnold Webster and Bessie M. Gross. Charles is preceded by the late Arnold and Bessie Webster, Sister Marie Moore, and half siblings Ruth Walters and Buford Seiber.
