Byron Russell "Rusty" Woodward

Bryon Russell "Rusty" Woodward age 84, of Caryville, Tennessee, passed away on May 28, 2025 at his residence. He was born on February 1, 1941 to the late George Vernon Woodward and Frances Evans. Byron was a retired truck driver who worked for System 81, Christenberry Trucking, and he was a retired Navy veteran. He loved 18 wheelers, playing his guitars and singing, fishing, loved the outdoors especially mowing his yard, watching Western movies and spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is preceded in death by his parents: George Woodward and Francis Anderson, and step-father: Bill Anderson, wife: Anita M. Woodward, brothers: Frankie, Danny, and Roger Woodward, and sisters: Cathy Owens, Pat Moorehouse, and Betty Cronenwett.
