Betty Jean Poore age 88 of Briceville went home to be with her Lord and Savior whom she loved on November 11, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was a faithful member of Laurel Branch Baptist Church for 61 years. She married the love of her life in March of 1956 and they were blessed with a wonderful life and family. She was a member of the Eastern Star for many years until her health no longer permitted it. She had a servants heart. She spent her life taking care of other people by going to their house and cooking for them or just sitting and keeping them company. Before she got sick, she loved working in her garden and tending to her flowers and she always loved watching hummingbirds and butterflies.
