Cheryl Lynn Wilson Ratliff, age 55 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018. She was born February 1, 1963 in Madison, West Virginia. She is preceded in death by her father, Roscoe Ratliff, brother, Sherman Ratliff, sisters, Lucy Green and Bonnie Ratliff.
