Lowell Carroll, age 65, of Oliver Springs, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was a lifelong resident of the Frost Bottom Community. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Carroll and brother, Arlan D. (Cotton) Carroll.
