Condy Leroy Carden

Condy Leroy Carden, age 70 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017 at the North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell. Condy was born on May 26, 1947 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Condy Willard Carden and Willie Foust Carden. Condy served in the United States Air Force. He was of the Baptist Faith. Condy enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing the guitar and banjo, watching birds from the front porch, as well as spending time with family and friends. He worked for the State of Tennessee Park Services at Norris Dam for 27 years. He was a loving and devoted husband and became a substitute father to many who needed one. In addition to his parents, Condy is preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn McKamey.

Visitation: 6:00PM –8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Thomas officiating.

Interment:  Family and Friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home on Thursday, September 14, 2017 in Lake City at 10:15 AM to go in procession to the Foust Cemetery in Lake City for Condy's graveside service where Military Honors will be provided by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
